Are you just looking for a design­er’s advice? Not sure what mater­ials are best suited for your needs or budget? This package may be for you.

Here a designer will:

This is priced as an hourly rate, so you only pay for the time you need.

Virtual Space Planning

Not sure how to arrange your furniture or organize your space? This package may be the best fit for you.

Here a designer will have a phone call with you to get an idea of what the client is looking for. They will ask questions about your needs and style type.

The client will provide:

  • Inspiration photos (Google images, Pinterest boards, etc.)
  • Room measurements (a how to guide and diagram will be provided)

The designer will provide:

  • Furniture and art place­ment
  • Quick 3D mockups of the room
  • Color, furniture, soft goods suggestions

Remodel Design & Construction Documents

Are you thinking about a re­model for a room or your entire house? Need someone to draw it up for you and create all the construction documents for your contractors? This may be the helping hand you need.
Your designer will meet you at your location and go over the project with you in person. From there here is what you can expect:

  • Professional measure­ment of your space
  • 2–3 design options based on your criteria (3D ren­der­ings of proposed designs)
  • Up to 3 revisions of plans to get you exactly what you are looking for
  • A full set of documents for your contractors to ac­com­plish your remodel (printed and PDF provided)

Looking for a one stop shop for your remodel? Someone to help you design your new space, help with material selections, collect all the material and labor quotes, and coordinate the pro­ject? You have come to the right place. Here is what you can expect from this option:
